Love what is
Loving what is requires acceptance.
Mindfulness guides us to be fully in the present moment with inner silence. By being still and breathing, deeply concentrate to identify what is causing discomfort. With this insight, apply understanding and compassion to yourself and others for what was and gracefully accept what is with gratitude. We can be grateful simply for another opportunity to take the breath that will transform our suffering.
Just like clouds passing in the sky, we recognize the impermanence of all things, feelings, and thoughts. Everything changes. Choose peace and happiness, clear any and all resentments. Release and forgive to free yourself.
Fully free in this moment, we can love what is. Free of all personal stories, simply be love and you will naturally share and spread loving-kindness.
