Insight

Observe

Looking within gives us insight.

For example, if you feel dis-ease in the body, you might go get scans to determine what is happening within the body. The information you receive is insight that allows you to make different decisions about what you consume and how you move.

Similarly, if mental suffering is experienced, you have the opportunity to practice mindfulness meditation by looking within and observing your current thoughts. Observing the quality and frequency of persistent thoughts can provide valuable insight about both your mental and physical experience, as the body is a reflection of the mind.

Mindfulness Meditation provides insight you are able to use to adjust your attention to align with what you want to be experiencing.
