Now ask yourself how do you want to feel?
Close your eyes and sit quietly with this question.
Allow the answer to arise on its own.
Embrace the answer with your whole heart.
Now,
+ Open your eyes
+ Identify any energy that is not aligned with how you want to feel
+ Release those energies, just for a few moments at first, and experience the resulting feeling
Remember that you are an Infinite being, and you get to create whatever reality you want.
